2. Delivery of Services

Our services are delivered digitally and instantly:

  • Credit Delivery: Upon successful payment, credits are instantly added to your account. You can use these credits immediately for AI photo enhancements.
  • Processing Time: AI image processing typically takes 30-120 seconds depending on the complexity of the enhancement.
  • Access: All enhanced images are accessible through your dashboard immediately after processing.
  • Download: You can download your enhanced images in high resolution at any time from your account.

3. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Unused credits will be fully refunded
  • Partially used credit packages: The unused portion will be refunded proportionally
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

5. Non-Refundable Cases

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you have a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining credits until they are used. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

7. Digital Product Notice

As PiRealty provides digital services, there is no physical delivery. All services are delivered electronically through our platform. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
