2. Description of Service

PiRealty is an automated real estate visual enhancement platform. Our service allows users to upload property photographs and receive enhanced versions optimized for real estate marketing and listings. Some features may also generate representative parcel, satellite, drone, or concept visuals from user-provided inputs. These generated outputs are marketing previews only and do not replace official surveys, cadastral records, appraisals, or legal declarations.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

PiRealty maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users who violate this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform without warning or refund.

You agree NOT to:

Upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Use the service to create or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our support staff
Attempt to circumvent any content moderation or security measures
Use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload images you do not have rights to use
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.

4. Account Registration

To use PiRealty, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

5. Credits and Payments

PiRealty offers credit packages and other in-app purchases for access to visual generation features. On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple App Store payment systems and managed securely through RevenueCat.

Credit purchases are consumable digital credits used for eligible in-app generation actions
Prices and available packages shown in the app are provided by the relevant app store
Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
We reserve the right to modify pricing or package contents with prior notice where required

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and enhance your images as necessary to provide our service.

Our Service: The PiRealty platform, including its design, features, and visual processing technology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

Our service utilizes the following third-party providers:

Supabase: For secure data storage and user authentication
RevenueCat: For in-app purchase management and payment entitlement synchronization
Image Processing Services: For image enhancement and generation capabilities

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

PiRealty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
That generated results will meet all your specific requirements
That AI, parcel, satellite, drone, or concept outputs are suitable for official measurement, cadastral, appraisal, or legal use
That the service will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiRealty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, particularly for violations of our content policy. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
